Specifically, I would like to now more about certain environmental aspects of this product. Please answer the following questions: 1. Does this product comply with ISO 11469 or DIN 6120 to ensure components are visually marked for recycling? 2. Are the plastic and metal parts of this product easy to separate (e.g., not glued or welded together)? 3. Has the manufacturer eliminated brominated or chlorinated flame retardants (BFRs or CFRs) from this product? 4. Does the packaging for this product contain halogenated plastics, such as PVC, or chlorine-based plastics? 5. What is the product's power consumption in idle mode?. 6. Does this product have a sleep, standby, or idle mode, and, if so, what is the power consumption in this mode? 7. Does this product have a sleep, standby, or idle mode, and, if so, how many minutes pass before this mode is activated? 8. Do you have a recycling or take-back program for this particular product? 9. Do you have one of the following recognized environmental management systems in place: ISO 14001, European EMAS or U.S. EPA Performance Track, and, if so, how was it certified (self or third party)? 10. Are the product's manuals printed on FSC Certified Paper or chlorine-free (EFC or TFC) bleached virgin or recycled paper? 11. Have phthalates been eliminated from the product, and if not, do you have any plans to phase out phthalates over the next four years? 12. Has arsenic been eliminated from the product, and if not, do you have any plans to phase out arsenic over the next four years? 13.
