    4. Does the packaging for this product contain halogenated plastics, such as PVC, or chlorine-based plastics?
    5. Does this product have a sleep, standby, or idle mode, and, if so, what is the power consumption in this mode?
    6. Does this product have a sleep, standby, or idle mode, and, if so, how many minutes pass before this mode is activated?
    7. What percentage of post-consumer recycled plastic (including packaging) does this product contain?
    8. What percent (in weight) of this product's plastic, glass, and metal parts are recyclable?
    9. Do you have a recycling or take-back program for this particular product?
    10. Do you have one of the following recognized environmental management systems in place: ISO 14001, European  EMAS or U.S. EPA Performance Track, and, if so, how was it certified (self or third party)?
