Dear The Dial Corporation: I am interested in one of your products, the 20 Mule Team Borax Natural Laundry Booster & Multi-Purpose Household Cleaner. Specifically, I would like to now more about certain environmental aspects of this product. Please answer the following questions: 1. Does the packaging of this product have any post-consumer recycled content? 2. Is the packaging of this product recyclable? 3. Which of the following ingredients does this product contain: EDTA (ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid), APEs (Alkylphenol ethoxylates), alkylphenol derivatives (APD), sodium perborate, chlorine bleaching agents, phosphates, musk xylene, musk keton, and/or whitening agenes or NAT (nitrilotri acetic acid)? 4. Is this product biodegradable, and, if so, which OECD guidelines does it follow: OECD guidelines 301 A - F (readily biodegradable), OECD guidelines 302 A - C (ultimately biodegradable)? 5. What specific ionic and non-ionic surfactants (for example, APOs, APDs, APEOs, LAS, etc.) does this product contain? 6. Does this product use any chlorine based bleaches or bleach alternatives?
